Throughout my travels, I have had the pleasure of staying in some of the most beautiful places in the world. I have been lucky enough to experience numerous luxury resorts, jungle lodges, expansive villas and even a private island all to myself. What I was able to experience on the Island of Saint Lucia truly tops the list.

I have never had a room inspire me the way my room did at Jade Mountain in Saint Lucia. From the moment I arrived in my room, I knew I was experiencing something on a whole new level. The room itself is breathtaking with plenty of relaxation space and full vista view of the majestic Pitons, two volcanic spheres that shoot straight up from the ocean floor. Sure, beautiful views and infinity pools make this room amazing, but what sets it apart is the harmony with nature. The rooms are setup with the fourth wall entirely absent. The architecture puts you at ease as you are giving the sense of truly living in the clouds. I can only describe the sensation of experiencing this room as a perpetual artistic painting, ever-flowing with awe-inspiring moments grabbing your soul with every new paint stroke. Heaven and earth seem to collide as the clouds create epic backdrops while gazing at the horizon of the Caribbean Sea. The soft ocean breezes whisk you away into a dream like state where one can reach true relaxation.

I normally always want to venture out to see the sights, but the truth is that I never really wanted to leave my room. The Pitons constantly allured me, I found myself waking up periodically throughout the night to take in the Moon and stars as they glisten over the Caribbean Sea. I was constantly entranced with the colors and textures I was experiencing.

Jade Mountain truly gives you the sensation that there is no place more beautiful in the entire world. It is majestic, peaceful and in perfect balance with nature.
